Our group focuses on development of next-generation optoelectronic devices employing emerging nanomaterials such as thin film perovskites, 2D perovskites, zero-dimensional quantum dots. As exciton dynamics of these materials remain puzzled, we first deeply investigate and understand physics regarding excitons and photons based on spectroscopic studies. On top of understanding, we will revolutionize existing excitonic & photonic (Optoelectronic) devices for future. Click to see previous Research
Current research topics include multiexcitonic nanocrystal quantum dots with high QY and suppression of Auger recombination, high-refractive-index transparent nanocomposites for display applications, as well as 2D/3D nanoelectrodes for ultra-light flexible devices. Click to see Research list
